PROPERTY CLEARANCE* has one objective when engaging with our clients, that is to professionally assist them to manage the process of preparing the property for which they have responsibility for sale or rental.
Most of our clients are either managing the affairs of an estate following the passing of a close family member, or similarly managing property matters on behalf of a close family member who has moved to full-time care. Our clients properties often contain decades of possessions including very personal items that need to be cleared with compassion as well as professionalism. Whatever the clients property situation is, we will manage the complete process to achieve the sale or rental outcome that our clients seek.
Although no two client engagements are the same, typically we manage on our clients behalf any and all matters that are required to take the property from the current situation, whatever that is, to a sale or rent-able condition. We identify items of personal value for retention by the family, we arrange for the sale of financially valuable items for our clients benefit. We also invite our clients to partner with us and give their authorisation for us to work with our extensive network of charitable organisations in our unique Pass-it-Forward program. Within Pass-it-Forward we have found most clients properties have some items that have minimal if any financial value, however these items can have considerable value to those in need within our community. We engage up to 10 separate charities per client engagement, each with different needs and specialties in serving those less fortunate. All are extremely grateful for the support.
As founders of PROPERTY CLEARANCE Jude and Bob Morton combine our extensive highly relevant professional and personal experiences and passionately strive to provide exceptional service to our clients and value to our communities.
Professionally, Jude has several qualifications of direct relevance including a full Real Estate License (REIQ), Principal Licensee and is also a Qualified Buyers Agent. She has worked as an Executive Property Manager with properties in her portfolio ranging in value from $500,000 to $4,000,000+. She is the current Director of the sister company
Property Concierge Queensland.
Bob brings significant commercial acumen and managerial experience into PROPERTY CLEARANCE from a career with some of the worlds largest global corporations. During this time he has led businesses of over 1,000 people and been responsible for financial budgets in excess of $500M. Bob is an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a fellow of the CEO Institute and a graduate of several executive programs from Boston University in the USA.
The drive behind Pass It Forward stems from our long term commitment to the community. Between us we have provided support in many ways including personally serving our community in roles including P&F School and sporting club committees, numerous volunteering at local activities such as fund raisers, personal support for the aged in care, coaching and managing several junior sports teams and ongoing direct financial support with various charities. Undoubtedly our most rewarding community activity has been our time providing in home support and care for children with high needs in the fostering system in Queensland. This background has provided the drive behind the Pass It Forward program within the PROPERTY CLEARANCE business which has resulted in significant contributions to many community groups to date.
