Our Story
Initially founded by Jude and Bob Morton in 2012 as Property Concierge Queensland, our company rebranded in 2015 to better reflect our expanded national reach in Australia, as we now serve both metro and regional locations nationally.
We were inspired to start the company after navigating our own family bereavement and recognising the immense emotional and logistical challenges the clearance of a home presents, so we understand what you are going through and the emotional challenges you may face.

One of our core strengths lies in our years of experience in organising and selling household items for a maximum financial return for you. To date, we’ve sold over $2M worth of items on behalf of our clients. Items that aren’t cost-effective to sell are received gratefully by charitable organisations through our unique Pass-it-Forward program. Each client engagement is conducted with the utmost compassion, respect and discretion, throughout the whole process from start to finish.
We offer a personalised and professional service at reasonable prices. All our proposals are free of charge, come with no obligation, and feature a detailed services plan and a fixed-price quote. Jude Morton
Jude brings extensive experience in property styling, management and renovation and holds past memberships with REIQ, with qualifications as a Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, and Buyer’s Agent. She has also managed an elite portfolio of properties in Brisbane, ranging in value from $1,000,000 to over $5 million. This diverse experience has equipped Jude with unparalleled insights into the real estate market, enabling her to deliver exceptional service to her clients.
In 2019, Jude was honoured with a Creating Change Award and a Merit Certificate in Business by the Women in Business Awards for her contributions through Property Clearance. She is also a skilled home renovation expert, offering a valuable service for anyone preparing a home for sale.
Together with Bob, Jude has raised three adult children and, over the years, has also been a foster carer to children with high needs. This personal journey has deeply influenced her commitment to community causes, such as those supporting young adults ageing out of the foster care system through our unique Pass-it-Forward program.

Bob Morton
Bob infuses Property Clearance with deep commercial expertise honed through years of leadership roles in some of the world’s most prominent global corporations. Throughout his extensive career, he has overseen business units comprising over 1,000 employees and managed financial budgets exceeding $500 million. He is a former member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a fellow of the CEO Institute.
Additionally, Bob serves as a non-executive Director for TransitCare, a community-focused organisation that provides essential transport and social connection services to older adults and individuals with special needs.


What Do We Do?
We specialise in clearing residential properties, commercial spaces, garages and sheds which is tailored to your specific needs. Initially, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of the property and all its contents, ensuring you have an opportunity to recover any cherished items you wish to retain.
We maximise your financial return by leveraging multiple sales channels from items removed from a home — via on-site and online auctions to retail outlets and private sales with our extensive network of past buyers. Any items that are not viable for sale but still in a usable condition, we find new homes for through our broad charitable network within our Pass-it-Forward program. We are committed environmental stewards, fervently advocating for recycling and re-using items in all local communities.
If you require the property to be prepared for sale, we also offer a full management service to take care of this process. Our suite of services extends from cleaning and gardening to minor repairs. And should you need it, we can connect you with reliable local real estate agents. Essentially, we’re here to help — every step of the way.
